Cleveland Spring 2003 -- Customer Appreciation Resources (CAR), formerly PROMPT SERVICE, moved last summer after forming a partnership with Consolidated Graphics Group, Inc., a Cleveland-based digital communication company. This alliance has enabled CAR to improve service and product with immediate access to Consolidated Graphics Group's advanced technology and state-of-the-art pre-press, printing, binding and mailing equipment.
"With one-to-one marketing, companies see dramatic increases in customer response rates and greater return on their investments over traditional bulk mail promotions," explains Jeff Scott, president and co-owner. "CAR is a one-stop solution, beginning with consulting services, data analysis and management, graphic design, complete print and mail services. There aren't many companies out there doing that."
In its early years, CAR focused exclusively on providing auto dealership customer retention management solutions in Ohio and Michigan. Today, the firm successfully applies the same techniques for customers in other industries.
